I am Balu B Sakat,Founder & CEO of 3SAerotex, a leading company in Pune, A highly skilled and dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) professional with more than 19+ years of combined experience in India and the Middle East. I have worked on high-rise buildings, commercial towers, Data Centers, malls, hotels, hospitals, industrial projects, and infrastructure projects in Dubai and various GCC countries.
My professional journey includes strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Low-Voltage Systems, BOQ, Design Review, Installation, Commissioning, and Site Execution.

I am Jagnnath Yadav, a highly skilled and dedicated MEP Professional with more than 11 years of practical experience in the HVAC & MEP industry. I work closely with Mr. Balu B Sakat as a partner-level associate at 3S Aerotex, contributing actively to business development, project execution, and client satisfaction.
With strong technical expertise and a sharp understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, I ensure quality installation, accurate BOQ, systematic site management, and timely project completion.
